Casita Linda Presents “Mysteries of the Orient”

Casita Linda will host its 8th annual Spirit of Hope Gala, Mysteries of the Orient, on Wednesday, October 16th, at the stunning Hacienda Los Arcangeles. Proceeds of the celebration help provide homes and hope for San Miguel’s poorest families.
As in past years, Casita Linda will auction off luxury vacations, dinners at some of San Miguel’s finest restaurants, and other items. In addition, a silent auction will showcase 14 San Miguel artists who have created art inspired by the Orient. They are Ana Theil, Pascual, William Fares, Pamela Fares, Gene Johnson, Terra Mizwa, Zoë Siegel, Oscar Martinez Heredia, Kate Van Doren, Heidi Levasseur, Mark Rewerts, Nancy Voris, and Wendy Moyer.
Guests are encouraged to wear Asian-inspired fashion or cocktail wear. The elegant evening includes cocktails and hors-d’oeuvres, a seated dinner, dancing, entertainment, full open bars, and the popular Solorzano tequila bar.
Casita Linda helps families living in poverty in greater San Miguel. By providing a “casita linda,” or pretty little home, Casita Linda empowers families and changes lives.
