4 Arrested For Shooting in the Streets
Police investigated a report of gunshots at the corner of Aldama & Terraplén. The report was received at the Emergency Call Center at 5:36pm.
Upon arrival, witnesses pointed out two suspects who fired the shots, identified as Salvador “N” and Estanislao “N”. The first had no weapon, while the second had a .38 caliber Glock 23 with 8 bullets in the magazine. He was also found in possession of two damaged cartridges and a cap.
Both detainees claimed to be escorts of Julio César “N” from the neighborhood of Tepito, who was meters ahead in the company of a Colombian woman named Yully “N”. The couple was in an apparent state of drunkenness, so the 4 were transferred to preventive separations and handed over to the Public Prosecutor, Stanislaus “N” for carrying a weapon, for firing shots on a residential street, and for other administrative faults.
